Why we use it:
This ingredient is not added separately to our formulations. It arrives as a trace component of a pre-blended perfuming substance used to create the product's overall scent profile. EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 requires individual disclosure of certain fragrance allergens when present above specific thresholds : 0.001% in leave-on products 0.01% in rinse-off products Tetramethyl Acetyloctahydronaphthalenes is one of the newly regulated fragrance allergens added to Annex III under EU Regulation 2023/1545 .
